I grew up in a really small town full of white people and I would be lying if I said I did not see racism first hand. After growing up in a small town, I moved away in high school and ended up in a very poor part of the city that was primarily African Americans and people of mixed races. I was a young, Caucasian mother with a mixed child, so when I say first hand, I mean it. I really felt I fit in there- in the city, the only difference was, now I was the minority. I have never judged another person based on their skin color or where they were born. Living in a town with a large population of Hispanics, I have also seen racism up close. Quite frankly judging another person’s skin tone and ethnicity is disgusting to me. We are all connected and the sooner we realize that and start working towards a society that celebrates culture, individualism, and aims for peace the better.
One thing I have learned through the study of physics is that part of the problem we have is transference of the history of our ancestors. It may actually take you doing some rewiring to conclude where these beliefs that you are better than someone else or that another person is less than you actually came from. Why do people feel this way? Have you ever tried to put yourself in someone else’s shoes for a minute? I know a hot topic is the border control, so let’s just pretend we were living in Mexico for a minute. Wouldn’t we want to bring our families to America too? What if we were born in North Korea? Suddenly it’s ok to be sold as a sex slave? I could play this out a million ways, but I am hoping you get my point. It is not anyone’s choice what color of skin they have or where they are born. I believe if you truly put yourself in other people’s shoes you could see how fucked up this way of thinking is.
If we look at the planetary alignment right now- the positioning indicates a lot of destruction. Destruction of old and outdated beliefs and inefficient ways of doing things. After the destruction it will be time to rebuild, and this time to build better and from lots of experience. I believe we are in the time of a huge shift vibrationally and there is a mass awakening going on. Finally, people are doing some research and questioning things for themselves, and in doing so, they are starting to see how wrong they have been. I choose not to judge others, because I do not want to be judged. I choose to celebrate and integrate our differences. Every life matters to me and I send my most sincere apologies to anyone and everyone who has had to deal with racism in any way, shape, and form. May we stand united and not divided, may we help others and be kind. It starts with you, it starts today!
