Fun Question and Answer

I wanted to try something new so I decided to do a question and answer so that I can share my point of view on topics I feel strongly about.

1. What are a few books you have recently read and enjoyed?

Prophecy by Silvia Brown and Psychic Witch by Mat Auryn both of these books are for Psychic/Medium/Intuitive to attain heightened abilities and gifts. The Archetypes of the Collective Unconscious, Modern Man in Search if His Soul, and The Undiscovered Self- all written by Carl Jung.

2. What are some things you do and/or recommend to keep your psychic senses strong?

I recommend to everyone to focus on aligning and opening your chakras. This process took me 5 years of hard work and deep healing. I was already psychic, but chakra alignment took me to a whole new level. Meditation and breath-work are huge. Spend a lot of time in nature and solitude. True a lot of psychics developed a sixth sense as a child in a traumatic situation out of necessity to keep them safe. Not true for all psychics though. I have had this ability since I was very young and it has helped me so much in my life. I am now able to help others heal with my gifts and I am teaching classes to help others unlock their psychic and intuitive abilities. I am honestly surprised how few people actually know and understand their gifts.

3.How have you been feeling since the Covid pandemic?

As an empath, I have been feeling the heightened sense of anxiety and fear from everyone and it doesn't seem to matter if I am at home or out. I'm going to do a cleanse with bergamot, jasmine, and grapefruit and spend plenty of time grounding in nature, and meditating. I am staying sober, doing some writing/ journaling, listening to good music, singing, dancing, creating art, getting organized, decluttering, wearing protective stones, and praying. This too will pass.

4. I find it hard to be authentic and I feel worried about what others think, do you have any advice?

I used to feel this way for a long time, but now that I love and accept myself completely, I really have no problem voicing how I feel and why I'm feeling that way- even if it's not what others expect. In deep self reflection I decided on my death bed I didn't want to live with regrets of who I could have been or what I might have been and I started aligning my life around that. On another note I also came to the conclusion that on other people's death beds they weren't thinking of the poetry I wrote when I had a really bad day or the art that I made when my heart was broken, or if I wore my slippers to the store, etc. It really puts things in perspective.

5. Obviously you feel strongly about mental illness- What are you planning to do with your degree in Psychology, Philosophy, and Physics?

I would like to see a new psychiatric practice that addresses several types of mental illness as well as several options of things to treat those illnesses and explain diagnosis and expert opinions on the illness. Have counseling. Talk about natural and non-traditional remedies as well as pharmaceutical recommendations. Focus more on the healing aspect of trauma and less on the medicating the pain away. I hope to have my own private practice offering a much different angle to treating mental illness. I think a lot of mental illness comes from the way we live our lives- it's not natural, normal, and we are working towards something completely unachievable most the time instead of finding appreciation and value in our present moments and connections. I do realize there are illnesses out there due to genetics and heredity that need medication just like someone with diabetes.

6. How has it been being single and unable to date during the pandemic?

I ordered a sauder and tools and I'm going to spend my free time learning a new skill of making rings and settings for my jewelry making hobby. I currently am experienced in jewelry making and wire wrapping so I am eager to expand my skills which ultimately allows me to be even more creative. Spending lots of time outside! Also reading a few good books and making some sweet graphic art 😊 Dating is overrated and I believe love will be magnetized to you by you fully enjoying the moment and loving and enjoying your own company!

Thank you everyone for checking out my blog I appreciate your continued interest and support. Feel free to send me questions and I will try this question and answer again soon. Stay safe and healthy my friends.
